Return Policy
- You may return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in unused, original condition — with tags attached, original packaging, and receipt or proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Non-returnable items: personal care products, lingerie, custom-made items, and gift cards.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team via phone or email to request a return authorization.
- Repack the item securely in the original packaging and include a copy of your receipt.
- Ship the item back using an agreed shipping method or label provided by our team.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days.
Exchanges
- You may exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, subject to availability.
- The process is the same as a return. Please contact our team for assistance with your exchange request.
