Return Policy

  • You may return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be in unused, original condition — with tags attached, original packaging, and receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Non-returnable items: personal care products, lingerie, custom-made items, and gift cards.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team via phone or email to request a return authorization.
  2. Repack the item securely in the original packaging and include a copy of your receipt.
  3. Ship the item back using an agreed shipping method or label provided by our team.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–7 business days.

Exchanges

  • You may exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, subject to availability.
  • The process is the same as a return. Please contact our team for assistance with your exchange request.
