4. Shipping and Delivery

5. Returns and Exchanges

This agreement takes effect once the Buyer submits an order and remains in force until all obligations are fully met by both parties. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation, and if a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be settled in accordance with applicable law.
